𝙰𝚗 𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚖𝚊𝚝𝚎 𝚍𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚙𝚘𝚠𝚎𝚛 𝚝𝚘 𝚋𝚎 𝚏𝚞𝚕𝚕𝚢 𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚎𝚗𝚝.
Across many cultures, ritual dance appears as a sacred practice: dancing to heal, dancing to call upon the Gods, dancing to tell a story, dancing to shift one’s inner state. This performance drew from that lineage — a physical prayer, a charged moment where movement becomes meaning.

To dwell in the Sacred Now,
To be fully & authentically present.
And so, I will dance.
