Early Dream Drawings (2022)
I experiment with dreaming awake, dreaming at night, and journeying through the imagination.
Those visions dance freely into empty canvases — first through fast, impulsive, rough lines that capture the fleeting scene, and then, slowly, like an old oil painter, I add colors and details.
The result often carries the fragile quality of a dream just about to fade from memory after waking. I often add the final touches right before going to sleep — as if sealing the day with a quiet act of remembrance.
Each drawing becomes a bridge between consciousness and the unknown — an intimate record of the mystery that lies between sleep and awakening.
Here you find a brief selection from this series.
